Templates
The Templates page (/org/templates) holds your organization's DOCX and PPTX templates. These are the base files the agent uses to generate documents and presentations in the company's visual identity. These templates belong to the organization and are distinct from the global presentation catalog served by the platform.
What they are (and what they aren't)
- They are the
.docxand.pptxtemplates your organization uploads, so that generated documents follow the internal visual standard. - They are not the global presentation catalog (the templates the native presentation engine uses under the hood). That catalog is shared by the platform; these templates are private to your organization.
Upload
Use Upload and fill in:
- Kind — pptx or docx.
- Name — the template's display name.
- Set as default — check this to make it the default for its type.
- File — the
.pptxor.docx.
File limits
| Restriction | Value |
|---|---|
| Maximum size | 50 MB |
| Format | OOXML (.docx / .pptx) |
Uploads accept only files in the Office Open XML format — that is, modern .docx and .pptx. Legacy formats (.doc, .ppt) or other types are not accepted.
One default per type
Each type (DOCX and PPTX) can have one template marked as default. When you mark a new file as the default, it replaces the previous one of that type. The default template is the one the agent tends to use when you don't specify another.
Manage the templates
The table lists the uploaded templates, with these actions:
| Action | Effect |
|---|---|
| Download | Downloads the original file. |
| Rename | Changes the display name. |
| Delete | Removes the template from the organization. |
| Set default | Makes the template the default for its type. |
Document skills (docx, excel, pdf, ppt_skill) and presentation generation use the available templates to deliver finished files. See how users generate artifacts in Presentations and Spreadsheets.
